    Hello. I had my second session today of Pelvic floor therapy. She was very gentle but I'm in terrible pain now. She worked on my Prudenal Nerve internally but I didn't feel any pain at the time. Now my pain is a 10+

    This is not surprising as those tissues are certainly sensitive. Are you having muscle pain or nerve pain? If it's muscle pain, then using some muscle relaxants, heat could be helpful. If it's nerve pain, then try some ice. I'm here if you'd like to talk. Our ICN office line is: 707-5389442.
