  • Tot trays and Tot bags

I thought I'd post a link to a great site. She has lots of ideas for fun little activities for 2 and 3 year-olds that are self-contained. Basically, you make them up in advance, hide them in the closet, and bring out a ziploc activity for your 2 year old when you need something for him to keep occupied with. I hope it will help those of you dealing with flares and toddlers at the same time. Some are more academic, but you can also just make activity bags with simple toys. Cheap paper plates + dollar store stickers is a good one for toddlers. Or pom-pom balls and an empty egg carton. I love having a few special things tucked away for when I need my little guy to stay out of trouble.
