Welcome, and I'm sorry to hear you are having such a hard time.
You can sure write to me anytime. I've had IC for 8 years, I'm almost 33, and my children are 8 and 10, and my step-children are 9 and 11... so I can Surrrrrrre relate to what you are saying!
Are your step children living with you?
I have a few suggestions for ya...
Are there any teenagers in your area that would be willing to come over and help you out? Any of your oldest step-childs friends?
Do you have a chore chart and schedule made up so everyone can help you with chores and knows when they should be doing homework and cleaning their rooms and stuff? (yes, even the 2 year old. They love it.) Do your step-children know how to cook or prepare easy meals? sandwiches and fruit, etc.
Make an activity box with a bunch of stuff the kids could do when you need to rest.
AND, make sure you set aside even 10 minutes a day totally for yourself to take care of yourself. You are trying to take care of a lot of people, and you need lots of care too!

    Hope this helps a bit!
    Hope to hear from you!
    Love,
