  • It's a BOY!

My son's teacher had her baby last night. Baby Jack is fine, but I don't know any details yet. I meant to send a card to school this morning for all the kids to sign, but got sidetracked last night. The kids are all excited about "baby Jack". It's so sweet!

Awwww... and cute name. I know 2 little baby Jacks and one of my best friends wants to name her son that someday.
So was it a surprise? I want to find out what I'm having. I have to wait 2 months.

Awww, I had a adorable little boy in my preschool class when I used to teach named Jack and I adored him!

I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.

I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)

No, Leah knew she was having a boy and had his name all picked out. The students - all around 8 years old - all called him Baby Jack the entire time.

My Dad's name was Jack. LITERALLY the BEST Dad in the entire world! Not even my husband can be as great of a Dad as MY Dad was.
