    Dealing with terrible 2 when you have IC

    Hi everyone.

    this might be a bit off the topic, but I need some tips on dealing with my terrible two boy, especially with an IC flare

    Have been very stressed lately.

    When my adult children were little, if I was having a bad day, I would sometimes spend most of the day playing with them on my bed. For toddlers, a blanket over a card table makes a great hide-a-way. And I invested in one of those round fabric tunnels (a real hit!). Outdoors I would take a chair outside and watch them play. You don't necessarily need to participate in their play as long as you are there to watch over them. Things like laying on a blanket looking for "pictures" in the clouds --- or watch birds --- we still do that.

      Thank you for the tips, and sorry for the late reply
      will give it a go next time, hes at daycare during the week.
      but weekend has been a nightmare, my boy is really active-all the running and climbing. quite difficult to "just watch"him play
