plugs inserted for dry eyes
I had puntal plugs put in my lower lids to help preserve my tears and keep my eyes more moist. They really haven't made much of a difference.
I had been having blurred vision and a dry mouth for the last 6 months and have had IC for 4 years. In additon I've developed arthritis in my back and hands at the same time. I can't wear contacts at all unless I put in artificial tears every 15 minutes. My opthamologist is prescribing an ointment (not OTC) which I will be trying next week.
