  • Is it Common?

Is Fibromyalgia common in people with IC and IBS? I have both of those and wondering about fibro as my body aches and burns so badly in different spots all over the body. The soreness feels like I lifted weights and the burning is unbarable and mostly at night. I have a pain deep in my butt cheek but that is on one side only. Had every test and nothing shows. I think it could be this. Lots of pelvic pain too. I'm on Neurontin for other things but many times the pain is still there. What do you all take for it?

Six years ago I was a healthy 27 yo.

Now I am a 33 yo dealing with (in their order of appearence):

    IBS
    Fibro
    Endometriosis
    IC

The lifting weights feeling you describe?? That is the aching I deal with, I don't get a burning sensation but I do deal with numbness and tingling.

I don't know if that is helpful, but for me they all go together (unfortunetly!)

Some ICers do develop other problems. So far, after 36 years with IC, I don't have them.
