  • A fibro treatment that's helped me

Hey Guys! I have both IC and Fibro. There's a protocol that's helped me and a lot of other people. They have a support group out of it where I live. Check it out at fibromyalgiahawaii.com and fibromyalgiatreatment.com. It's helped a lot of symptoms (though not really IC-related), though it takes time to work. My mappings improve each time. Anything you want to know, just ask.

I too have fibro with IC. What is helping your fibro exactly? I'll check out the site.

george, what are the mappings you referred to?

Never heard of those. Can you explain them, or post a link that explains them?

      Thanks,
      ark

Sorry for the late reply. Going to the websites should be the links. Trying to figure how to best explain it, but were the sites helpful?

George are you refering to the quiafenision protocal? If so what kind are you using? I found the Mucinex is just way too expensive!! Are you using it? If not what kind are you using?

Yep, the Guai protocol. Generic mucinex is so much cheaper. I've gotten a bottle for like $8 (200 pills). And it has to be expectorant. It's short-acting, so you take it every 5 hours. According to my mapping and symptoms, I only take a half-pill each time. There's also products you can use (and few you can't eat/drink) because it interactions with the medication.

I was on Guai scripts from Dr. It worked then I was in a bad car accident and "all" the pain came back. It is very hard to work thur when something tramatic keeps happening and sets you back so you have to start from -0- again.
