I got a product from Natural Alternatives (a great place in Greensboro for ladies in particular) called Culturelle. It is a great product and really helped with regulating and cutting down on bowel movements, flatulance etc. There are two kinds. The best kind also has hickory root in it. Costs about 25$ for 30 tablets. After you get regualted you can cut down on it and use cheaper probiotics.
