  • Miralax is now OTC

It is sold in 7 or 14 day dose bottles and cost 9.99 at Eckerds for the 14 day bottle. I bought a couple bottles because that was the absolute BEST stuff for IBS C and D!! It really lives up to it's name. Granted, it's not cheap, but it's cheaper than it was when it was only an RX and I had to pay a copay. If you have severe IBS it's worth giving it a try! You mix it in a liquid, it's clear and has no taste whatsoever. I love the stuff! I put my Milk of Mag. back and grabbed my old friend Miralax!

04/17/09 Crohn's disease almost killed me with a combo of extreme constipation from pain medications. My bowel ruptured, I almost died from peritonitis and spent several days in the ICU then more in a private room on the floor. If you have any questions about severe constipation from pain meds please don't hesitate to send me a message.

Most of my Journaling now is currently on Facebook. These are old and my ICN Patient story is very old and outdated.
