I've been taking Metamucil Clear & Natural (inulin) fiber for my IBS. It's helped quite a bit. However, I'm concerned about whether the inulin is related to some other urinary issues I've recently developed.
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone taking inulin about changes in your urine. Is it cloudy? Foamy? Any changes in how well your IC is managed?
I've been to see the nephrologist and my urologist (multiple times) and nobody can seem to find anything wrong.
