I got the PH strips to measure vaginal PH. I asked my gyno and he gave me some. I alsways show a PH of 4 which is considered a healthy vaginal PH but not sure if one can still have yeast overgrowth with a low 4 PH.
I just finished my period and I'm seeing some whitish stuff again and have the yeast symptons, burning, swellin etc but now that I have V V it is so hard to tell if it is yeast or just V V.
Is anyone sure how the PH thing works? I'll ask my dr but I want to know if there's anyone out there checking her vaginal PH like me?
