My dr. just put me on supplements- 300mg a day (I think?). I just started them yesterday, but today, I noticed that my face was extremely flushed all day long. It's actually really embarassing. Anyone else have this kind of reaction?

I take magnesium with no problem. Did you read the label to be certain there aren't other things in it.
