Something strange is happening and I just wonder if anybody has deal with this before. In my lower, middle, front legs, where the large bone is located, I can rub my finger down the middle of my leg and it is so sore. I don't know if it is the muscle or bone or what is causing the soreness. I don't know if other IC'ers has this problem or if this is total something else.

I look on the internet but it talks about hurting in the back of the leg and not the front. Do anyone have information concerning this problem?

    Sending hugs, Trishann

It sounds like the leg pain I got when my potassium level was dangerously low. I suggest you get in touch with your doctor about leg pain. There could be a simple solution so you aren't in continuing pain.

My doctor send me to have a test done for circulation. For some reason the doctor that did the test did not completely finished it. The circulation part was ok, but the part where they are suppose to do the needle things was not done. My doctor was going to send me back to half the second part of it done, but I completely thought this doctor was really rude and I refuse to go back to him. And to be honest with you, I am completely terrify to let someone start touching my legs especially with needles. At times I am already almost in tears because of the pain in my legs and it just seems it is spreading. First it was my ankles then my knees and now the lower half of the leg.

At first I thought maybe it was restless leg sydrome because it was mostly at night it hurt but now I don't know. To be honest with you I don't know now the test report said the circulation is fine because at times I also feel numbing and tinkling in my legs. I guess that is why I am trying to fine some information about this problem.

Cindy thank you, I will let you all know what's up with it if I find out what is going on. Right now I took some pain pills and I am getting really drowsy. I think it is time for me to go to bed too.

                  Thank you all so much,

It could also be a problem originating in your back -- if a disk has moved out of position, it can press on the nerves and send those pain and tingling signals down your legs. If all your other tests are clear (and I would advise doing those first!), then maybe you should try seeing a chiropractor.

Cindy and Carolyn thanks for the advice. I know I have neck problems due to a hernia disk but that was fix but I think it is starting up again because I can't get my neck comfortable at night either. I did have a MRI done on it but they couldn't see right at that spot because of adhesions. I don't think this could be causing the problems in my legs unless I'm having some kind of domino effects but if that was the case it seems like they would had spot it. I am crossing my fingers hoping it is more of a potassium problem than a disk problem.

I am taking the pain pills at night but it only gives me about 4 hours of sleep and then waking up in pain again. I do not function well with that kind of sleep. I hope my doctor can figure out what is going on, but sure am hoping it is something simple.

                      Sending hugs, Trishann
