Does anyone have kidney problems?

Went to the Dr. to see if I had an infection. He said I had kidneyproblems along with my IC. I have a high creatinine level along with high blood pressure. He put me on high blood pressure meds along with a antibiotics for the kidney infection. My diet has changed even more, reading labels for carbs,sugars,fiber,protein,potassium, phosphorus, sodium %'s. I've had kidney problems growing up. Never had high blood pressure. It was 171/112. I'm following the Dr.'s orders. I pray daily.
