  • vitamin D

    Hi,
I don't know if this is the right thread for my question, but here goes.
I just found out that my vitamin D is very low and that I need to take a supplement.
My question is, if any of you take Vitamin D, what form do you take it in and do the supplements bother your bladders at all?
One more question, do any of you who take Vit. D also have GERD and if so, does the D irritate that?
    Thanks very much,
    Laurie

    Hi there,
I take 1,000mg of vid D every day, there is also 1,000 in my multi. I am personally fine with the supplements (they don't bother my bladder).
I do have GERD and it doesn't bother me at all though I take omeprazole every day too.

        Thanks Cindi and Donna,
I'm going to give the vitamin caps a try and see what happens.
