I went in to the gyno last week for some itching tingling in the vaginal area. He stated that I didn't have a yeast infection but sent off some cultures just in case. They called today and stated that I was positive for Group B strep again. Ugh! this is so frustrating.. I was also diagnosed with it after the birth of my daughter ( when the IC came back from a 5 year remission). Know I am wondering if I will start to get the bladder infections that also came with the GBS in 2009. Has this happened to anyone? The dr called me in some amoxicillin once again.
