Extra strong sudden pain/feeling sick due to ovary/uterus cysts?

My period finally stopped after 1 month and I was feeling back to normal pain wise and then since yesterday sudden stronger pains all over my lower stomach area and feeling sick. Sometimes the pain is really bad. Can cysts cause this kind of pain if they are breaking? Can you feel them break? I'm thinking maybe my period is getting ready to start again only after stopping for a week? The plumbing for women was not made right at all. Nope, not at all.
