Can someone tell me what Vulvo-something is, please? I need all the research on related disorders to ic that I can find. Is vulvo.... a bladder condition? Thanks everyone.

Vulvodynia. It is when the exterior of the vulva becomes irritated and sore. I was actually misdiagnosed once as having Herpes! My gyno straightened that out in a hurry. It hurts a lot and I actually had to go to the emergency room with it. Talk to your uro. He or she should be familiar with this condition and there is an excellent write up on this site.willoweyes -
Thanks willoweyes, but i know I don't have that condition. I've been diagnosed with bladder neck obstruction and then I had cysto/hydro done of my bladder to test for IC. That result is negative but there is inflammation/irritation on my bladder wall/lining. So, I'm trying to find out about anything related to or mimicing IC. I need all the research I can get my hands on because something is clearly wrong and if it isn't IC then what is it? Thanks for you time. I hope you feel better.
