vulvodynia&Antibiotics

I have never been offically dx with vulvodynia,but lately I am wondering if I have it.I notice especially around ovulation my vagina feels irritated,and the last time I went to the gyno she said I was inflamed alittle.But I am ovulating now,and also on antibiotics, I think I may be gettting a yeast infection, I have been taking acidoplus,Can antibiotics affect vulvodynia or make it worst, I was burning so bad last night?-JOJO frown
