It's probably just your body fighting the infection, plus your menstrual period. Try not to worry.

    Warm hugs,
    Donna

If you're using sanitary napkins with deodorant, that could be causing some irritation too.

I hope you're feeling better this morning.

            Hugs,

I will be praying that you feel better soon Angela.
I actually have tingling and sometimes pain in my perenial area/clitoris on a regular basis and have ruled out any cause my OB/GYN and IC specialist can think of (UTI's, Yeast infections, even VV) My Doctor thinks in my case it is due to PFD and IC.
But if this is just happening to you it is probably the UTI and possibly a yeast infection too. I have only had a few yeast infections and remember they are horrible!
Hope you get some relief soon!

I was also going to ask about PFD? Have you been checked for that? I know that I have it and there are times I get a severe pain around my vagina and it is really scary.
It could also be the infection, like Donna said. I hope that you feel better soon.
