  • Bike seats for women with pelvic floor concerns

Hi all, not sure if anyone has any suggestions here, but figured I'd try! With everything going on in the world right now, I can't go shopping to try out a bike seat to know how it will feel based on my posture, weight, pelvic concerns, etc. I thought I might reach out here and see if any women have experience with any specific bike seats that minimize pelvic problems/pain and go from there
My Uro/Gyn said it would be great but limit to 30-45 min max per ride, my PF Physio said it would be great to help strengthen my quads and subsequently my core but I want to be comfortable!

One thing you might do is look at seats on the internet and see if you can find something that doesn't put a lot of pressure on a narrow seat. Since there aren't many stores open these days, I've been using the internet for a lot of things --- and if you order something and need to return it, I have found it's usually a simple process.

    Good luck!
