  • Softcups vs. Tampons vs. Pads

    Hello ladies!!

I would like to know if anyone here has ever used Softcups?

If you need to know more about them here is a description from softcups.com: Softcup is a flexible cup that is worn internally, around your cervix. It collects, rather than absorbs menstrual flow. It's hypo-allergenic, latex-free and completely safe when used as directed.

I hate tampons! I use pads whenever I am relaxed at home. Just need something for when we are out.

    Sincerely,
    Ma Harden

I love the softcups as I find tampons to be fairly uncomfortable and too drying, even the smallest ones. I usually use pads, but when I am also dealing with urethral burning, the softcups are better. There is a bit of an "ick factor", but since having kids, I have realized that a little blood isn't the worst thing to have to wash your hands for! LOL. I find them fairly simple to use once you have learned the technique.
