I have been nervous about taking vitamin E because it is derived from soy - which I can't handle at all. I just discovered a natural vitamin e derived from non soy source. Has anyone had trouble with vitamin e? I also discovered the following when it comes to "extracts" in foods:
Any ingredient “extracts” should also be viewed with suspicion because in many cases the extraction medium used is soy oil. A good example of this is the rosemary extract found in most processed turkeys these days. Pure rosemary should be safe for most people who have MC, but rosemary extract may cause problems for anyone who is sensitive to soy.

There's one vitamin which was developed specifically for interstitial cystitis patients --- it's called MultiRight and is available in the ICN Shop.
