    Doing well....hard to believe

    WoW......I'm really starting to think and feel like I can do this.........Im excited!!!!

    One of these days, somebody will ask you, "Smoking or non-smoking" and you will say "Non-smoking" without even thinking about it.

      Congratulations Cathy!!!

      Keep hanging in there, I chained smoked for about 6 months when my husband died, started feeling the effects, you know shortness of breath, and the smell on everything, plus IC got bad, I quit right before the addiction set in...You will do it, I know It!!!!!

        I am so very proud of you that you are doing so well!!
        Keep up the good work..
        I never did smoke and I am very allergic to smoke..
        So I know it must be very hard for you Cathy!!
        Our city went all NO smoking in public places this past summer and it is so nice to go out to a resturant and have a good meal and no one smoking at all..
