Good for you! I know it's not easy, especially in the beginning, but it does get better. I quit smoking over 3 years ago and I wish I had done it sooner. I feel better, my house and car smell better, and I don't know how I ever afforded to smoke when cigarettes were $2.25 a pack. I was in a store today and saw a special sale at $30 a carton! Yikes!!

Good for you!
A good friend of mine quit, and he was a 20 year smoker. He hasn't smoked for almost 2 years. Just think of the money you are saving, the stinky smell, and most of all your health, as smoking causes bladder cancer. That takes a lot of strength, it is a very addictive habit.
