Does anyone have any advice on what to do in regards to food at wedding receptions? I have four upcoming weddings and don't know what to do about food. I would hate to not say anything and have a meal wasted because it has "no no" ingredients in it. As you know, it is not as easy to make accommodations for the IC diet as it is for lets say a vegetarian or having a gluten allergy. When I got married we had those options but most RSVP's don't. I know the bride to be has more important things to worry about than accommodating my special needs but what do I do??
