    Lubrication

    Hi everybody! I know this is gonna sound weird but I am almost 30 and a virgin. Well last night I tried to have sex but oh.my.God. I won't say it was horrible but let's just say he couldn't get his fingernail in without me feeling like he was scraping my vagina lol It wasn't bad pain...just uncomfortable. So on top of being tight because I am a virgin...I am also tensing up. What is the best lubricant to use? I saw some but I didn't want to buy any until I got some advice. I heard someone say ky warming was good. Help me please! I don't want to be the 40 yr old virgin...but I'm nearing up on 30.

        I use Astroglide. I personally would not recommend the warming ones. They can cause irritation.

          If you are having problems there is alot of helpful info on WSH when sex hurts...It was built by the same wonderful lady who built this site..You should check it out..

          Meds For IC: Lyrica-25mg Glucosamine-500 MSM-500mg, Prosed Ds -When Flaring

          Other Meds: Levlite- Continious Birtcontrol, Micardis-40mg for High Blood Pressure

          Meds I have Tried:
          Topamax,Tofranil, Elmiron, Atarax, Cymbalta, Elavil, Enablex, Detral La, Prydium.
          Lexapro< Bad reaction to this med!
          Intstills, could not continue them due to some kind of reaction after 3rd instill. Tasted the lidocaine in my mouth, tongue and lips went numb then went into what seemed like a panic attack. Shaking, racing heart, tingling face/head, blood pressure shot up..

          Dx With IC in Nov 2006 with Hydro/Cysto
          Hydro/Cysto Caused Bladder to Rupture.

          Other Dxs-Vulvodynia,Fibro, Endo, IBS, HPV, Migraines, Spastic Colon, Mild Dysplasia.
