  • Happy Valentine's Day!

Wishing you a wonderfully romantic Valentine's Day!

This is our first married Valentine's Day!!! We've celebrated many Valentines together already over the years, but it is very exciting to get the chance this year to buy the "happy valentine's day HUSBAND" card!! (actually I got 2!) LOL

    Love,
    Alexa

(not sure where to put this since the off topic board has been disabled...so I thought the romance board would be appropriate!)

Happy Valentine's Day to the two of you too!
The hubby cards are always fun to buy.
I saw where you posted on the other valentine messages and the restaurant you guys are going to sounds awesome! I'm jealous!
But maybe our two year old will have a jazz ensemble going for us with all the toys that are noisey!
    Have tons of fun!!!!!!!
    Tons of support,

Hi both of you sound like you are going to have a great Valentine's day. One question, how did you gals get your smiley, I cannot get any at all, hugs Iris.

It is my first married V-day too! Yay!!! I got the hubby card too. But I must confess, last year I got one too even though it was early, and I wrote in it that I had been practicing finding the "husband" card section in preparation for our upcoming marriage ... LOL ! He thought it was funny.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far...

Oh, and Iris... I am getting the smileys by typing them in by hand. So, for a smiley, you type a colon and an end parenthesis (the one above the zero). The board just interprets that as "smiley" and voila, the smiley is there ...

And apparently the code for the rest of the smiley graemlins doesn't work... I tried typing in  for the laughing smiley, which is normally what the board does, but it doesn't work... oh well. At least I have the one

I will be a bride in June and I look forward to buying the "husband" card next year. I made a few homemade cards today since I've been unable to drive because I'm in such a bad flare. I'm so gratefull to have a loving supportive man who can look at me on my worst day and still think I'm beautiful. He didn't bargain for this when he met me but he's stuck with me and I know he will be commited in the long haul. We agreed not to buy Valentine gifts this year because we are both splurging on concert tickets in March. He's so sneaky, he had a funny sexy card waiting for me with a valentine stuffed animal when I woke up. And if that wasn't enough he brought home an angel holding a heart plaque in the Willow tree series. I love him more every day!
