this is really embarrassing, but the past couple months, i've been experiencing some incontinence after intercourse. it doesn't happen every time, thank goodness, but it does happen enough for me to notice the two are connected somehow.
intercourse isn't painful anymore (i have endometriosis as well), but i feel like i'm now trading pain for embarrassment.
i'm doing kegels. that might be the reason it's not happening *all* the time.
not really asking for advice, but i just want to know i'm not the only one.
