  • Bleeding after intercourse

I have been bleeding after intercourse. It's been going on for the last month or so. Is this something that's caused by ic? The sex is not very painful, moments here and there. When it does hurt we change positions. There's no problem with me not being wet enough. Does anyone know who i should talk to about it obgyn or uro? Any advice y'all could give me would be wonderful. My husband and I were finally getting our sex life back to normal after 2 and 1/2 years of pain.

Even if it seems you have enough lubrication, it still might help to add some. That said, I have never had a bleeding problem from my IC. I would talk to whichever doctor you will see soonest.

I go see my uro on the 20th for that test where they put the camera in my bladder. So I probably won't actually see him that day, full sedation. Gonna see my obgyn next month for cervical biopsies.
