What do I do?

I'm 20 years old, with ic. I feel so lonely without a nice guy to be with. I am not very good with guys, but I don't want to be alone. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't even know where to begin. I don't want to be alone anymore. I see people together...and wanting to cry because i'm by myself. Life hurts being by myself.
