We are in Sun City, just outside of Phoenix visiting my Dad and the weather has been terrific! Today we took the drive to Sedona (which my Dad said would take about an hour) and 3 hours and a trillion potty stops later we got there. Well, it was well worth the drive. I was completely overcome by the beauty of nature. Plus, Sedona has some very stong spiritual means for me....after having a long hard cry in the chapel there we headed back home. I will hold that visit close to my heart forever.
I have always been paranoid of getting caught in a traffic jam and having no where to turn. Well, it didn't happen once, or twice, or even 3 times....there were 4 major accidents on one streach of the highway and we crawled along the e-way for what seems and felt like forever. By the time we could get off the 3-way for me to use a bathroom, I was in so much pain I didn't know if I was going to make it or not. SO, now I take the next step and start travelling with depends. I will NEVER relive what I went thru both physically and emotionally stuck on that e-way again.
I've said it before and I will continue to say it.....IC SUCKS
