  • My car is gone gone gone

well folk my car has nickeled and dimmed me to death . So I got rid of it.:woohoo: . The car had heat issue's. I wanted heat and it wasn't offering it. I got it fixed a week ago, well last night it blew out again. If I fiddled with the wires it would come on... I even went so far of cramming the ice scraper up in there to get it to work..and it did for about 3 blocks when I hit a bump. with it being in the low 20's with 30 mile winds its too cold with out heat!! Me and Jake froze on the way to wic.. After wic we froze on the way to the dealership where my brother works.. The part I just replaced, needed replaced again, there is an electrical short in the wiring and the growling I was hearing was the blower motor dieing, it needed a new blower motor. He yold me that car needed quite a bit of repears.. so we went dealer hopping. Of course we have the credit from hell, we had to buy from a lot that is buy here pay here.. but we did do it.:woohoo:
I got a 2000 Chrysler grand voyager SE 4 door. I did it with no money down.. good thing I am Broke, and my pmts are 30 cents cheaper wwoohhoo can save for that crusie now.. lol
    ok her she is

Love your new mini-van. They are wonderful with kids. I also like your brick driveway. That is really cool.

I learned to drive in a Chrysler van. Man! That was like 13 years ago! That poor van made it thru me, my sis, my step sis, and my brother. Great little van. It had over 200k miles on it before it finally died. I hope you have as much fun with it as my family did:woohoo:

Thanks girls... I thought I wouldd have to pull hubby's teeth to get one again, he wanted a truck or suv.. I would have settled for a suv.
Its nice not having to try and bend into a car with a 26 lb toddler.. aaww maybe no more back strain.

:woohoo: Cindy! I am so jealous, I want a van. Hubby and I were just talking about trading in our 2000 Civic to get one but we don't have a car payment now and I really don't want one so we'll see. Enjoy it!
                              Christine

I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.

I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)

Proud wifey of Shane, mommy to Griffin, and step-mom to Logan and Gage
Also proud mom to the best Bullmastiff on earth, Claus
