    HI all, I have been off boards for awhile due to family and personal health issues, but I just had to let you all know my first grandbaby was born and I was right there to see him take his first breath it was amazing!! Now I have to kep fighting and not let all the stuff with my health take me down, I have a grandson to watch grow. And he just lives two blocks away from us!!!
    Anyway it has been a great week and I Thank God he and his mama are both healthy.
    Here are the vital stats ; ELIJAH BRAYDEN; DOB3/5/07 and weighing in at 6lb 12oz of pure joy!!!!!!

    Bladder surgeries due to hysterectomy,'98,99,00,01
    DXx with IC w/ Hunners 1999
    Chronic Pelvic pain
    Chronic fatigue
    Fibromyalgia
    Depression/post traumatic stress syndrome
    IBS
    Migraines(OOPPSS WRONG) DX on August 28 with focal seziures, NOw on Zonegram for seizures

    Treatments...Done 'em all, but still looking out for the one that is my magic bullet.
    Weekly or as needed instills w/ elmiron/lidocaine/bicarb

    Meds:various pain meds,Soma (muscle relaxant)
    Lunesta,Premarin,Clonazepam,Inderall,Relpax,Cymbalta
    and a few others I'm sure,depending on how good I have been on my IC diet.

    Trying to keep a positive attitude, in a negative world.

              Congratulations!! That is so awesome. He is a very lucky boy to have a wonderful grandma living so close to him. His mama is lucky to....for all the help you can provide!

              Current meds; , effexor 37.5 mg 2 times a day, and lyrica 100 mg 3 times a day, lots of reading and snuggling with the pets!

                    Congrats!! :woohoo: :woohoo: You will be able to see your grandson living so close together. Since you are the grandmother do you get out of diaper duty? Being there when he was born must have been very special.

                          Being a grandma is sooooo wonderful! Just remember that it's Grandma's job to spoil them rotten before you send them back home. I've been told that I know what grandmothers are supposed to do!
