Oscars - No surprises!!

Hi everyone,

Well, I sure enjoyed the Oscars last night. All the beautiful gowns and jewels, and the award speeches! No surprise that Lord of the Rings won so many awards, I am going to have to go see it now!!!

I thought Sean Penn was fabulous in Mystic River, so I was happy to see him win.

i didn't get to see it last night but it don't supise me that the lord of the rings won alot of the awards i seen the first two now i'm waiting for the other one to come out on sat. so i can watch it and tape it because i can't sit at at the movies for three hours to watch it. but if its as good as the first two i'm sure it will be great. grouphug

I had to pop Valuim in the first 15 minutes of the Lord of the Rings, I barely got through it, that gorey stuff makes me panicky!
I still think Johnny Depp should have won Best Actor, he was brilliant in The Pirates of the Carribian, he is a great actor and was so sweet when one of the "before the show" interveiwers who grabbed that sweet 14 year old girl who was up for best supporting actress(?) and introduced her to him. Made her day I bet!! Who needs an Oscar when you get to hold onto Johnny's hand for a minute or so!!
He was drop dead georgeous even when they had him all scrounged out and dirty with bad teeth, shoot, I would sneek a kiss if it would not hurt my hubbies feelings!

Jess my husband and i have been waiting on that movie to come out on staz's we have a book case full of his movies the only one I didn't really care for was the movie From H*ll or something like that i couldnt never get into it. but all of his other movies was great i really liked the ninth gate and sleep hallow also. i know we have ten movies by him and we have about a 100 on our bookcase. he is a great actor i can't wait to see the movie.
