  • Long time best friend from high school lost her boyfriend to the war in Iraq

Please pray for Aimee...after having a rough relationship with her husband and him finally giving her a divorce, she moved on and found the most wonderful man who will treat her well...he was coming home next month and was going to take her on a romantic getaway to just at the very least "stare into her beautiful eyes"...well this stupid war took his life and she is crushed and I am mad as hell...life sucks and I'm sick of it. Please pray for Aimee, my darling friend.

I'm so sorry about your friend Aimee's loss. That is so tragic, but she is fortunate to have found that love, no matter how brief. Many prayers are going her way. You're a good friend to ask us to think of her in her time of grief.

I cannot get a hold of Aimee and am really worried about her. Please keep the prayers coming...this whole stupid war just makes me sick. And I'm not trying to stir anything up, but it's personal. They said on Headline News two were killed yesterday in a roadside bombing, and I think that was him.

God so grieved over the tragedies on earth that He sent His only Son, Jesus to pay a debt He didn't owe, because we had a debt we couldn't pay. His suffering qualifies Him to understand the grief that Aimee is experiencing. When Jesus stood outside of friend, Lazarus' grave, He wept. May you sense the peace and comfort that only Jesus can give. Love and prayerhugs, Grams

                        Hi everyone,

Please say a prayer for Bert Hoyer's family. (You can put that into a news search box and you'll see his story, I think it's important to read cuz he was such a good guy.)

Anyway, an Iraqi blew up the vehicle he was in and he had a chest wound, he died before medics could get to him...

Aimee is behind herself, but is taking comfort in his family reaching out to her. Please, keep praying for Bert's family and Aimee.

                        Hugs and love,
                        Jess
