find out what is wrong with me and fix it

For over a month now I have been sick and trying to figure out what was wrong and get better. My main symptom was major tired, sleep a lot, and just feeling sick. Since I had recently had surgery and a cold didn't know if I should pay attention to that or not. As friend told me I should see a doctor....I realized there could likely be a connection between my stomach pain "worse GERD symtoms" and the fatigued so I wanted to see a doc. Doc did a blood test that showed possible pancreas problem....but not both things just one. (The whole time I am thinking I have a bleeding ulcer)Doc says he will make an appointment for my stomach to be looked into. I guess when gastroenterolist heard whole story thought should talk to me first....because it could be my pancreas. So now I am scared, upset that I have to wait even longer to get better...and can't wait anymore....I HAVE TO ASK YOU FOR PRAYERS!

My symptoms fit a bleeding ulcer or chronic pancreatits...I am desperate to get better and live my life.

I miss being on line everyday...anyway thanks for your prayers.

For me Katrina~the pain of the first attack of the pancreatitis was the same as when I had my bleeding ulcer. I've been told I have GERDS, severe IBS blah blah blah, and I believe that it ALL is from the pancreas.

I am so nervous about this. The last thing I need is another Chronic illness to add to my list...especially one as severe as this.

Lately I have been praying every night in some form or fashion and I've found it helps me a lot. I would be flattered to pray for you. I know how it is to be afraid from medical problems, and the wait to find out what is wrong. Consider an extra prayer from me done. Good luck sweetie. update

So went to the gastro enterologist today. He is going to look at my gal bladder again and my pancreas. I think he is leading toward it being my pancreas. He also said that they already know I have IBS (which I wish they told me ) and started treating it thinking that could bring down my pain a little...not much he said but a little.
