The sadness of losing your Mother makes my heart hurt for you. May God bless you through this tough trial you are faced with.
Remember God is always by your side, reach out for him in you sadness and pain he has the power to dry your puffy eyes so you cn go on and love your mom through all that you do. I am sure she was a great woman, look at what she produced, a fine and caring dedicated mentor for all of this family to look up to.
God Bless you and your family
      Much love,
      JessicainArkansas

Dearest Leslie, it is at times like this when there are no words. True, believing faith rests on God's Promises.
To know that your precious mother was placed whole and radiant in the arms of her King is the hope that will carry you through this faithbuilder. Grams sends her love and prayerhugs.

              Diagnosed August 2001

Current IC meds: Elmiron (since 2001), Levaquin (one pill after intercourse to prevent UTIs), Effexor (for depression & anxiety)

Past IC meds: Amitriptyline (Elavil), Hydroxyzine (Vistaril), Detrol LA, Lexapro (for depression & anxiety, but also helped my IC) (They all helped, but I was able to discontinue them.)

I've been virtually symptom free and able to eat & drink whatever I'd like for about 8 years now.

“We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms -- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.” ~ Viktor Frankl
