Cindy, it sounds like you have a wonderful daughter. I'm sure Jake will be just as wonderful. I hope you have the courage to get back in church because that is where help will come to find strength when we do get discourage. Having others praying with us. I know I would have not been able to do it alone.

I love that picture of Jake. He is a beautiful child and he is bless by having your love with him. I hope you have a wonderful day and hoping you are feeling better.

    Sending hugs, Trishann

Thank you very much Trishann... you know I am not religious . I did go to church up until the 7 grade. I did introduce my daughter to church 14 years ago, she is now 18 and goes 3 times a week for services, and goes to glow sticks so that makes 4 days. and what ever els that may go on she will be there. Over nights, roller skating, bowling, winter blast. She teaches the little children, and a church camp counselor. Anyone that knows us, know my daughter is always at her 2nd home her church. Over the last year with all of this going on, several times I had lost hope. I did pray. I prayed hard and prayed alot. I do believe, god is watching over Jake, and my Family. I am very proud of my daughter and she is very inspirational to me. Everyone tells me I raised one terrific kid.. I only hope and pray I can raise Jake to be as honest, respectful, loving and Kind as Ashley. When he is old enough I will take Jake to church too, I hope he likes it as much as my little girl.
thank you again, for all the support and prayers that you have said for me and my family.

Cindy I can imagine your heart and mind is going 100 miles per hour. It must be so overwhelming but I do believe in prayers and I believe God hears the prayers for this little boy Jake and for you, Cindy. I know maybe sometimes things seems so impossible but that is when prayers can break through and make the impossible, possible. I have seen it to many times to not believe it.

I will remember you and Jake continuely in my prayers. Not because I can do something but it is because God can make a way.

    Sending many hugs, Trishann

thanks girls so much.. The judge did say that it is in his best interst for Jake to stay where he is. It could be dangerous to place him back in the natural parents care. She still dose not have any ID, and claims to be getting an apartment with a "male friend" with that said, is was then ordered whom ever she is living with will have to be investagated, and have to do the same court orders as Christina. That was said because they know she is living with her d/v boyfriend, and his brother. When that was ordered he mouth nearly hit the floor.
My mind was and is still going at a high rate of speed to say the least. My flare is still holding on strong. I still worry about the trial, and hope that no one changes there minds. Karen the foster care worker did call me to check on me, my mom and sister. She said reguardless of what happens or what Christina dose, she has no intentions on changing her mind, she still wants the tpr to go thru, and she dose not see it being a problem.

At least you're one step closer Cindy. That's not very far off at all. I know as everybody else does that you are the best person to take care of Jake and I'm sure the courts know that too. I hope you're feeling better. (((hugs)))

Sometimes it seems courts tend to drag their feet when it comes to the best intrest of the children. But I hope April gets here before you know it and in the end he will be with you where he belongs.

today was what they called a permanency hearing, this is where they determine if termination is in the best interest of the child, and it was decided it was. So there will be a trial on the 5th of April. Her atty did ask the judge not to make the TPR hearing date and just set up another review, but the judge declined.
anywho I am in a massive amount of pain. I took some vicodine, and going to go lay dwon with my heating pad.

Cindy, I thought today's hearing was the termination of parental rights? I must of gotten confused somewhere. At least one more step is out of the way, and your niece has just buried herself a little bit deeper in her hole!

    Hugs, Sandy

we got to court, and my niece approched us, she told us she had a job making 13 an hour, with insurance that covered her and Jake.
When we went into court, we find out she has no court and she is residing with James. Her atty wanted her to have more to comply. Foster care asked for termination and to stop visits. Jakes Atty, said that he wanted to take this to termination and he has no objeaction either way if vistis contiue or stop. James atty said he had no clue where his client was, and Foster Care promptly told him to ask mom, she has contacted her in James motel room. He asked for the room number, but of course they did not get it. So much took place in such a short time, its hard to remember exactly everything. she still dose not have a job she stated so in the court room, she has no place to live. she plans on moving into a home with a male friend, and he would have to comply with the the court orders. being drug testing, parent classes, ect.. mom has not done anything but in roll in pareting class. The judge said that the natural mother has been giving ample time to comply, and it was fair to say that she should of had at lease the parenting classes done, which she just inrolled. Termination of partental rights trial will be help April 5th..
thank you for your contiued support..

    Cindy
