  • David's Dad

Hello everyone, I opened my email to find a letter telling us that David's Father has passed away. David has always wanted to meet his Dad. His mother filled his head full of lies about his dad. When David and I met, he talked about wanting to meet him, I found him on the internet, we then kept in contact. When they retired they were never home to respond to emails, I thought they were ignoring us. They always wanted grand children. I had spoke to Bob a month ago and told them that we were really going to adopt Jake, so they did have a grand baby, whether Bob considered him so I will never know.
Please keep, David, Mary (step mom) and his brother Mark and Sister Cheryl in your prayers.
'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.'

I'm so sorry for your loss
                    Christine

I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.

I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)

Proud wifey of Shane, mommy to Griffin, and step-mom to Logan and Gage
Also proud mom to the best Bullmastiff on earth, Claus

Cindy I am so sorry about the loss of your husband's Father. It must been heart broken to find out he was ill and was not told about it. Cindy you ask if we thought it would be right to ask why. I think that is something you will have to decide but sometimes you still will not get answers to your questions.

Cindy sometimes when people act this way, it might not have nothing to do with that particular person (which would be David). Sometimes other people have issues and problems they are dealing with and in return it hurts other people.

That would be great if you could talk it out and get this resolve but I hope your whole heart is not relying on them for comfort. I am so sorry this issue has put a hardship on David and you, you all have been through so much and yet you have thought of others. That tells me alot about you and David.

                          Take care, Trishann

I am leaving it in his hands, if he wants to call her or email and ask, then I will support him, and if he don't I will support him.
