  • Thankgiving & family or IC family!!

The holiday season which is coming upon us gives us all the opportunity to be thankful for our families. It is a wonderful time to remember our mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, and all those who have played a part in making us all that we are. Without parents who nurtured us through our infancy with love and guidance, brothers and sisters who protected and shielded us throughout our childhood, grandparents who taught us wisdom and strength, or aunts and uncles who befriended us and shared the gift of laughter, we would not be who we are today.

Each family member, no matter who they are, had something very special to offer each and every child. During this "family" season, remember that very special person who was placed in your family just to be the one person you needed to help you reach and cross the threshold to adulthood . . . and be thankful to God for his masterful plan called "Family".

I hope you all have a great turkey day & remember we are all considered family here in my opinion. So lets pray for each other on thanksgiving day,I know I will.

Take care. Love always, Zookeeper Kim

Thank you Kim for posting, it is so true about family. I hope that everyone of our IC family has a really enjoyable Thanksgiving. I will certainly give thanks for the new family I have now, my IC sisters and brothers, who have certainly helped me get through this past year with their friendship, and laughter and support. Thanks to you all with lots of love, and have a great day on Turkey day, Iris hi kissing
