  • Vitamins yes or no?

I am wanting to start taking vitamins again because I found out that my Vitamin D was really low and I know I am not getting enough of other things. So is anyone taking vitamins besides Vitamin D? Or a Multi Vitamin? Or should I take them individually?

I suggest you have a look at the vitamins available in the ICN Shop --- there's a link at the top of this page.

      Hi,

its an interesting question. I normally take a B12 and a D3 supplement daily. I’m going through a really bad flare up now so I have stopped taking my supplements and stripped my diet right down. But I will need to resume taking my vitamins once I stabilize. I have scrutinized the food I eat but never given much thought to the supplements. Does anyone find that certain vitamins bother them?
