After years of trial and error since discovering the IC diet I find it is 100% accurate for me, I can’t tolerate anything not in the safe column and I do well with everything in that safe column. As someone who must follow the diet list strictly, I wonder if anyone else who strictly adheres to the diet has tried cistus tea and if it was a problem for them? I’d like to try it based recommendation for another health issue, but of all the herbs I’ve tried I’ve found more that trigger a flare for me than don’t. Any thoughts about Cistus Incanus tea?

I'm not familiar with Cistus Incanus --- if you don't hear from others who have tried it, you might want to try a tiny amount the first day --- then if no problems, slight increase the second day, etc.
It's good to hear from someone who is having success by following the diet.
Warm hugs,
Donna
