    Does anyone have info on zinc supplement? Is it considered friendly or risky?

      Thank you, Donna. I guess I really just want to know if zinc is causing flares for ICers. I don't see it discussed anywhere.

        Hi! Zinc is totally fine for IC patients. It is usually B vitamins and vitamin C that causes problems.

            Thank you, Julie! I do avoid vitC and B6. Is it all B vitamins or certain ones?
