  • Recommendations for vitamins and supplements brands which are friendly for IC people

I am trying to find vitamins and supplements which are prescribed to me by my doctor but also will not cause me flare-up because of companies cavalierly adding megadoses of 1000+% daily values or lemon flavors etc. which in their view is "better".

Because of megadoses of vitamin C or B or Omega3 with "natural lemon flavor" I have had flare-ups and I cannot take them.
In my case I need to increase Vitamins B6, B9 (Folate), B12 and D3 and Fish Oil (Omega 3 - EPA,DHA).

Can we share here some products that are by good brands but also safe agains flare ups?

For instance, while researching the Fullscript prescription site (widely used by functional medicine providers) I found only one Fish Oil brand without citrus:
    Orthomega® Liquid Fish Oil- Mango

Looking for vitamins and other brands.
Are all vitamins brands sold on this site proven IC-friendly? If yes, I prefer to buy from here.

    Thanks,
    Stefan
