  • AthleticGreens - Yes or No

I have been seeing this product advertised everywhere and was wondering if anyone had tried it and was it triggering for a flare? I have read on a site that “green” supplements are good for the bladder as they contain anti inflammatory products as well as probiotics which help with bowel movements.

    to the IC Network.

The best advice I can think of is to look carefully at the ingredients --- if it doesn't show them --- I'd avoid it. And please check with your medical professional before adding supplements and over the counter medications.

I assume eating fresh greens are more beneficial even if it's just every other day. The best thing about my migraines and bladder issues is it's improved my diet a ton. I eat very low on the processed food chain now.
