I assume eating fresh greens are more beneficial even if it's just every other day. The best thing about my migraines and bladder issues is it's improved my diet a ton. I eat very low on the processed food chain now.

The best advice I can think of is to look carefully at the ingredients --- if it doesn't show them --- I'd avoid it. And please check with your medical professional before adding supplements and over the counter medications.

I have been seeing this product advertised everywhere and was wondering if anyone had tried it and was it triggering for a flare? I have read on a site that “green” supplements are good for the bladder as they contain anti inflammatory products as well as probiotics which help with bowel movements.Tags: None
