    I feel fortunate that Splenda isn't a problem for me. Yogurt sometimes is an irritant, however. I have to be extremely cautious about it. I can have a little bit occasionally, but not if I have anything else that could be a problem or if I am flaring.

    Anything fermented, i.e. malt, yeast etc. can be problem in breads.

    I am in a major relapse due to eating frozen yogurt with SPENDA. I thought it was natural since it says made from real sugar but they ferment it to get the calories out-like alcohol.
