Ahhhhh Chocolate Fever....YUMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! Now that's a fever I don't have to take an aspirin for. I will have to copy this one.

Just wondering though... Could I sub Splenda Blend for the 1 cup sugar? Could I use Smart Balance instead of butter? Could I use Baker's Chocolate instead of semi-sweet? And then again...Why mess with perfection. Diet? What's a diet? Full speed ahead!!!!!!

I just took the pie out of the oven. Hubby was home for lunch so, after it cooled a bit, I cut him a small slice. He said that is really good. I took a bite and sure enough the subs did just fine. This is what I did:

              2 Squares (2 oz.) unsweetened Baker's Chocolate

1/2 cup Smart Balance buttery spread

1/2 cup Splenda Blend (that is a sugar/Splenda mixture product)

              2 eggs - beaten

              1 (9-in.) unbaked pie crust.

              Followed Leslie's directions.

              Yummm Leslie...Thanks for the recipe.

I'm going to try this with all Splenda Granular and crustless. Not today, though. Just finished baking cookies along with this pie and I am baked out. White Chocolate, Lesile? I will have to try that, too.

Oooooh.... this sounds really good. I will try it with white chocolate. Both hubby and I have problems with regular chocolate (he gets migraines; I get migraines and bladder pains) so we love white chocolate instead.

I'll let you know how it goes if I get around to doing this this weekend.
